Weekend Match Update for Men’s Senior Teams

Great results and tough battles for Battersea Ironsides Men over Remembrance weekend.

Our Men’s senior teams faced a mix of exciting challenges over the weekend, showing grit and determination on the field.

The 1st XV had a hard-fought victory against a resilient Old Colfeians side that wouldn’t back down, BP managing to secure a good win against the opposition. The 2nd XV took on London Welsh 2's in what was a tough matchup however, holding their own in a competitive game. Meanwhile, the 3rd XV encountered a strong Chobham squad, and managed to battle hard throughout.

This coming weekend, both our 1st and 3rd XV teams will be away for a double header against Old Reigatians. The matches will kick off earlier now that the fading winter light is settling in.

Be sure to add to your diaries the annual RTR home match, which will be played November 23rd. We would love a big crowd of supporters to cheer on our boys!
