ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Under the Rules of Battersea Ironsides RFC Ltd, the Management Committee have determined that the Club’s AGM will be held in the Clubhouse Hall at Battersea Ironsides Sports Club on Wednesday 24th November 2021, to present the following agenda to the Membership of the Club.

  • To Consider and approve the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting

  • To receive and approve a report from the Management Committee on the affairs of the Club since the previous Annual General Meeting

  • To receive and approve the Financial Accounts for the year ending 30th June 2021

  • To hear the results of the “Spond” election for the Officers, the Youth and Minis Section Chairs, the Club President and any new Honorary Members

  • To introduce the New Management Committee to the Membership of the Club

  • To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year; or consider a resolution disapplying the provisions of the act relating to the obligation to appoint Auditors 

  • To consider as a special resolution any additional alteration to the rules of the club proposed within Rule 16.4

  • To consider any other resolution duly proposed in accordance with Rule 16.4

  • To hear any other matter for the consideration of the Management Committee during the ensuing year, but on which no voting may be allowed.
