Ironsider’s represent Surrey U20

Battersea Ironsider’s, Nat Metcalfe and Joe Armitage have been selected to play for the Surrey Under 20 team.

In their first fixture against Essex, Joe started as Scrum Half and Nat as Lock. Surrey scored the first 3 tries and were 19-7 up at half time, however Essex took advantage of the wind in the second half and ended up winning 40-31.

Well done to the boys for earning their representative status. Nat and Joe fully deserve this recognition as they have both worked so hard to become the players they are today and have been dedicated team members for their various age group at the club.
