04/12/2017 - BT SPORT RUGBY TONIGHT FILMING AT THE CLUB - TAKE PART!

YOUR CHANCE TO HELP MAKE A LITTLE BIT OF IRONSIDES HISTORY - RUGBY TONIGHT FILMING AT THE CLUB MONDAY 4TH DEC - MEMBERS NEEDED IN IRONSIDES KIT FROM 16.30 (OUTSIDE) AND/OR 18:30 (INSIDE) - PLEASE REGISTER ATTENDANCE VIA THE FACEBOOK EVENT

BT Sport will be at our clubhouse to shoot what will finally be a 30 minute programme to be aired on Wednesday 6th December at 22:00.

The filming consists of several elements starting outside the clubhouse and then moving inside. 

We need 100-120 members from across the club to come along, fill the clubhouse… to cheer, smile and represent Ironsides. Parents, Coaches, Volunteers, Players of all ages are needed to support… and create a great Ironsides atmosphere.

PLEASE COME ALONG DRESSED IN YOUR IRONSIDES KIT. This can be a playing shirt, Coaching Gear, Shirt and Club Tie, Tour Polo Top… whatever you fancy!

Ugo Monye and Martin Bayfield are the hosts…Special Guest yet to be confirmed.

Shooting starts outside at approx. 17:00 – We need plenty of people to support the ‘Smasho’ and Skills Demo segments.

If you would like to be there PLEASE ARRIVE BY 16:30 LATEST

There will be a break in filming at approx. 18:00. The crew will then move inside and filming will start again at 19:00.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PART OF THE AUDIENCE FOR THIS SECTION PLEASE ARRIVE BY 18:30 LATEST

THE BAR WILL BE FULLY OPEN!

Filming should be 'wrapped' by 20:00

Ugo Monye tends to stay around for a while afterwards for chat, autographs, selfies, etc, etc.
